When providing our services to you we may collect and process the following information which is necessary for us to process in order for us to fulfil our role as providing music, entertainment & online shop. :

•We may also process other data such as information relevant to cookies & google analytics When you access our website, your device’s browser provides us with information such as your IP address, browser type, access time and referring URL which is collected and used to compile statistical data. This information may be used to help us to improve our website and the services we offer, and to offer services to you.
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
• Internal record keeping. (emails are kept on record for a period of 6 months - unless bookings are over this period)
• We may use the information to improve our products and services.
• in our legitimate business and trading interest to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us; Bookings, merch & CD purchases, Ticket Purchases, General Queries, Competitions and Promotional & News Emails.
• We may use your data to send you information relating to our services, events and products which may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your data in this way, please notify us to that effect.
We keep your Data for varying periods according to our Data Retention Policy.
• We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided when you have subscribed to our mailing list. We also use Spotify, Bandsintown, Youtube along with other social media.
Cookies
